The Rest of the Bishop Critters
Melon is my first breeding female exotic shorthair from MrWhiskers Cattery in Salem, Oregon. She was a wonderful mother or two litters and was retired because she had such a difficult time raising the babies. She is staying here with me to help be a nanny for all the babies!
Bowie is my second breeding exotic shorthair from Ziakatz Cattery in Albuquerque, NM. She is the momma of two beautiful litters (the cheese kittens and the Harry Potter kittens) and was retired at an early age because of health related concerns and will stay here with me and the crew. She is here with her bestie, Melon.
These are two of my dogs Asbury (in red) and Camden (in white). As you have probably guessed, Camden is who we named our cattery (and kennel) after. He was my first pure bred dog that got me interested in showing and breeding animals. Unfortunately, he had too many health problems to breed, and is the perfect reason why everyone should seek out conscientious breeders for new babies.
Future, "Difesa Comin' Out Strong" is the newest canine addition from my sister who is the founder of Difesa Cane Corse in Boones Mill, VA and will hopefully get us out into the AKC show ring! Born October 15, 2017 and developing beautifully, I'm excited to get her out Spring 2019. She is a gentle giant and I am sure is excited to meet the babies - I can't wait to see how she does with them.

This is Figo (fee-go), the first cat in the Bishop critter family. She was brought into Country Friends Veterinary Clinic in 2006 with a compound fracture to her right rear leg. Dr Rhonda Phillips offered to amputate the leg if I would take her home. She shared ten wonderful years with me, and I was devastated to lose her in March of 2016. Her legacy will live on forever in all of the lives she touched.
Brasco was my black brindle sweet baby boy that I kept from Asbury's first litter. He unfortunately lost a battle against an illness we still cannot truly explain. Despite all efforts to save him, the brightest minds in DFW, and all of the medical technology available and at our fingertips - we couldn't save him. I am happy to say that I held him tightly in my arms when he did pass, he was a very special boy and I know there will never be another one like him.
I miss you, buddy.

Health Testing
All of the cats in my home are screened for many viral, bacterial and fungal infections before they can come in. While it is impossible to put them in a bubble and protect them from absolutely everything, I do the best that I can to make sure I am breeding healthy kittens.
